When training Wing Chun exercises one must adapt to their training partner in order to improve.

It is very important to be able to adjust the basic exercises and drills so they can work better against different size opponents or training partners.

More important than speed or power is the ability to adapt.

This points to one of the most important ideas in any path:

“Be yourself, work with what you got, do not try to copy others.”
