Good structure kills your drills and that’s a good thing! Why? When you develop good structure, some drills seem to become useless. Developing good structure is great. Best thing about it, you can turn it on and off while training. Why turn it off? It allows you to simulate training against someone stronger, faster more coordinated etc.
Developing good structure should be at the top of your list of goals in your martial arts practice. When you structure improves, you need to turn it off to allow yourself to continue training against bigger/faster/stronger opponents.
