Chum Kil is the second form of Wing Chun. Here’s some tips about the Lap Sau and energetics behind it, especially when using the Lap Sau.

Make your movements smaller as you practice. As always, stay safe when you practice. Remember this is just a drill, it’s a study of movement. It doesn’t mean you’re going to use it in a fight.
