Good point Micheal . Definitely alot of times , somethings that appear to not work would "magically" work after alot of reps . As Jesse stated before , I'll paraphrase : you can trick ppl to do something 1000s and 1000s of times by simply making them work on the samething things in a many different ways .
To me, looking at the founders , there seems to be 2 opposite ways to get to the exact same spot .
1 take a few simple moves and do it 1000s and 1000s of times. This commonly appears as a way to forge attributes and it is . However , after a prolonged process , the body ( not thinking) will NATUALLY adapt and find many different methods of moving to fill the weak spots - mental and physical.
2 learn as many methods as possible then through 1000s of applications under different situations , with different types of opponents , the body naturally adapts and finds its "own " few simple moves and throws the rest away.
They arrive at the same spot but start from opposite ends - the first way is from one to many and the 2nd way is from many to one. A good time to switch to the other way is when one hits a plateau in ones innovations, an endless back and forth thing ?.
Personally , I am too impatient to wait for the right time to switch lol, so I have my " as simple as possible" proven-in-the lab-practical class and then a separate exploration " stuff still under research", not quit sure but lets take a look class.
PS. Micheal , on the other thread I saw u mention about ur boxing modifcations. I know you fought in the professional level and I understand if you do not wanna go into it too much on a public forum , BUT if u do , I am all ears

.
happy new years !!!
